Deleting your account and data
This page explains how to delete your account and its data for the mobile game Gravemark, provided by Tokyo hammock Inc.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open Settings from the Descend screen and choose "Delete account" at the bottom.
- On this page: if your data is linked to a Google account, sign in with Google under "Request on the web" below. This also works if you have already uninstalled the app.
What happens next
- All of your data is deleted 30 days after your request.
- You cannot play during those 30 days. To cancel the request and keep playing, open the app and tap "Cancel and keep playing".
- A request cannot be cancelled from this page. Please cancel it in the app.
Data that is deleted
- Your account and the information used to sign in
- Save data (items, equipment, gold, progress, sound settings and so on)
- Your player name and its change history
- Ranking records
- Records of your runs
- Records of your entitlements to purchased items
- The link to your Google account
- Customer data held by RevenueCat, the service we use to manage purchases
Data that is kept
The following is kept only in a form that is no longer tied to your account.
- Records of run verification, used to study patterns of cheating. Information that identifies the account or the run is removed.
- Records of purchase notifications we received. Only the notification ID and type are kept, so the same notification is not processed twice.
- Records of actions taken by our staff. The account they refer to is replaced with "deleted".
Your purchase history on Google Play stays with Google. If you start again with new data, tap "Restore purchases" in Settings to get your purchases back.
Inactive accounts
An account that is not linked to a Google account is deleted automatically 2 years after it was last played.
If you have uninstalled the app and your data was not linked to a Google account, we have no way to confirm that the account is yours. Please wait for this automatic deletion.
