Privacy Policy
Gravemark (the "Service") is provided by Tokyo hammock Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Service handles, why, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
The Service does not ask you to register your name, email address, phone number or postal address. We collect the following.

| Sign-in information | Information used to confirm that a request comes from your device. It is stored in a form that cannot be reversed |

| Game data | Items, equipment, gold, progress and settings |
| Run records | The start and end time of each run, what you carried at the start, and the records used to verify the result |
| Player name | The name you choose and the history of its changes |
| Ranking records | The floor you reached and the character you used |
| Country of connection | The country you connect from, as a two-letter country code. It is determined from the source of the connection by the server provider we use, and stored as the country when the account was created, the country of the most recent connection, and part of the daily usage record. We do not store the IP address itself, and we do not collect more precise location such as your city |
| Usage records | The days on which you used the Service, the country on each of those days, the type of device (Android or browser) and the app version. Per-day records are deleted after 90 days. Counts of users by country and day are kept in a form that does not identify individuals |
| Purchase information | The type of item purchased and the records of purchases and refunds. We do not receive payment details such as credit card numbers |
| Communication logs | The date and time of requests that reach the server, the source IP address and similar details may be logged in order to operate the server |
If you send us an inquiry by email, we receive your email address and what you write in the message.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: saving your data, moving it to a new device, and delivering what you purchased
- To display rankings
- To investigate and prevent cheating and other misuse
- To investigate defects and improve the quality of the Service
- To respond to inquiries
- To understand how the Service is used in each country and region
We use this information because it is needed to provide the Service you have asked for, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure, fair and working well, and where the law requires us to.
Information shown to other players
Your player name, the floor you reached, the character you used and your rank are shown to other players through the rankings.
Service providers
We use the services of the following companies to provide the Service. As a result, your information is sent to them or stored on their servers.

Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases.
- When we entrust the handling of information to the service providers above, to the extent needed for the purposes in this policy
- When information is transferred as part of a merger or other succession of business
- When required by law
- When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body carrying out duties prescribed by law
Information we do not collect
- Name, email address, phone number or postal address
- Device location (such as GPS), contacts, photos, camera or microphone
- Advertising identifiers
Where information is stored
We are based in Japan, and the service providers above operate servers in several countries. Your information may therefore be stored and processed outside the country where you live, including in Japan and the United States.
Retention and deletion
- An account that is not linked to a Google account is deleted automatically 2 years after it was last played.
- An account that is linked to a Google account is kept until deletion is requested.
- An account for which deletion has been requested is deleted 30 days after the request.

Your choices
You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app or from the page above. To ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to exercise any other right you have under the law of the place where you live, contact us at the address below. We may need to confirm that the account is yours before we act on a request.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are a minor, please use the Service only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
Security
All communication is encrypted. We limit who can access stored information, and we keep a record of actions taken by our staff.
